Event Wholesale Orders - Deposits
Enhance the ambiance of your special events with our exquisite handcrafted wax melts, ideal for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and more. With a variety of delightful shapes and captivating fragrances, our wax melts will create an inviting atmosphere that your guests will cherish.
Ordering Information:
- Minimum Order: 30 per shape or pack (some shapes are offered in packs of 3).
- Fragrance Selection: Choose your favorite scents from our stock list. Please note that if a fragrance is out of stock or if you wish to select a new fragrance, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost, which ranges from £2 to £7 (excluding postage).
- Lead Time: To ensure timely delivery, kindly contact us 4-6 months prior to your event. Rush orders can be accommodated in 2-4 months for an additional fee.
- Deposit & Payments: A non-refundable deposit of £10 to £50 (depending on size of order) is required upon confirmation of your order, after contacting us via email ([email protected]) to discuss your preferences and verify availability. Final payment is due 4 weeks before your event, or for rush orders, the full amount must be paid upfront.
Cancellation Policy:
Please be advised that orders cannot be canceled unless it is within the 14-day period following the payment of the deposit, as mandated by law. While exceptions may be made depending on individual circumstances, please be aware that cancellations after the 14-day grace period may incur additional charges to cover costs incurred. This policy will be outlined in a written contract that accompanies your deposit invoice, making it legally binding.
Legal Compliance:
Each wax melt will come with CLP stickers, which are legally required and must not be removed. My logo can be omitted from the product for privacy; however, any removal of CLP information from the wax melts is illegal.
Pricing:
All prices include the products plus postage and packaging, with shipping costs varying based on weight.
Order Flexibility:
Any changes to your order must be made within 2 weeks of placing, after which production will have commenced and changes may not be possible.
Shipping and Responsibility:
Be aware that delays may occur during peak seasons (such as Christmas) or due to unforeseen circumstances. I will strive to address any issues on my end; in those cases, a full refund (minus the deposit for product costs) will be issued. However, once the items are packaged and sent, the responsibility transfers to you, the customer. All orders will be photographed before dispatch for transparency, and larger orders will be insured for added peace of mind.
